Oct 23 (Reuters) – Digital payments company OPay said on Friday it was targeting a raise of as much as $366 million in its United States initial public offering.
The filing comes as high interest rates dampen investor appetite for new listings, prompting several companies to delay their IPO plans.
OPay is a digital financial platform offering payments, money transfer and merchant services, with operations in Indonesia, Egypt and Pakistan.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Standard Bank and CICC are among the underwriters for the offering.
OPay will list on the NYSE under the “OPAY” symbol.
