SAO PAULO, Sept 2 (Reuters) – Brazilian steelmaker CSN said on Wednesday that Benjamin Steinbruch is leaving the role of chief executive officer, and will be replaced by Fabio Schvartsman, a former CEO of mining firm Vale, who will take the job as of September 3.
Steinbruch was approved as the chairman of CSN’s board of directors, the steelmaker added in a securities filing.
