Listen on the Radio
Of course you can listen at 95.9 FM and AM 1290, but did you know there’s a way to listen to Freedom 95.9 where the signal can go for dozens of miles and sound crystal clear? It’s called HD (high definition) Radio. It’s a fairly new technology that allows you to listen to Freedom 95.9 on special HD Radio receivers.
And here’s the good news, most new cars since the 2012 model year have HD Radios in them! Just tune to 93.3 on an HD Radio and click two dial positions or “search” for HD3 (93.3 HD3) after our sister station 93.3 The Drive.
You can also purchase “aftermarket” HD Radios for your car or table top units for your home.
If you have a newer car, give Freedom 95.9 in HD a try. We think you’ll be amazed at the signal and sound.
