PEORIA, Ill. — A Peoria apartment building went up in flames Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the 700 block of Spring Street just before 4 p.m., finding heavy fire coming from a first-floor window.
The building is divided into three apartments. No one was inside at the time of the fire.
Fire officials estimated the blaze caused $150,000 in damage.
Crews were on-scene for nearly three hours. No injuries were reported.
