PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are looking for who was responsible after a teenager was shot early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded after six shots were fired near Madison Park Terrace and Ann Street, just after 12:15 A.M.
Police learned a 14-year-old girl suffered a gunshot wound to the foot, and was located near Proctor and South Western.
The girl was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
A search for a potential suspect had negative results.
