PEORIA, Ill. – A rough start to the day for a Peoria food truck business.
Firefighters were called to Twisted Pasta on West Glen Avenue just before 5:30 Wednesday morning.
Crews knocked the fire down in just three minutes, and no one was hurt.
The building sustained about $50,000 in damage.
Twisted Pasta will have to wait for the health department to give the green light before they can open the doors again.
Investigators are still working to figure out exactly what sparked the fire.
