PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man was arrested after a home invasion incident early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to North Braves Court in the Greenwood Estates just after 2:00 A.M.
The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Lajuan Porch, reportedly had left in a vehicle before officers arrived on the scene.
While the investigation was underway, Bradley Police officers located the vehicle driven by Porch pull into a business in the area of West Main and North Bourland.
Porch initially resisted arrest, but was eventually placed under custody.
Peoria County jail records list multiple charges for Porch; Aggravated Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer, Home Invasion, and Resisting Arrest.
