PEORIA, Ill. – A North Peoria accident where one person died may have been the result of some kind of medical event.
Peoria Police say the accident around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miramar and University, involved a car going through a backyard fence, and caused damage to a deck.
Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood tells 25 News the driver of the car most likely died before their vehicle crashed into the property.
The identity of the driver is currently unknown, and no one else was hurt.

It’s unclear exactly when the wreck happened, but we understand a car crashed into the back yard of a home, ripping down a fence outside.
This was in the area of University and Teakwood in Peoria.
