PEORIA, Ill. – Firefighters and paramedics had to free the driver of an SUV involved in a rollover accident Wednesday night in Peoria’s East Bluff.
Acting Fire Battalion Chief Josh Martin says the SUV hit a parked car, then rolled on its side just before 10 p.m. near the intersection of E. Maywood and N. Atlantic.
Crews stabilized the vehicle and cut into the roof to get the driver out. He was taken to OSF St. Francis Medical Center. His condition was not available.
