PEORIA, Ill. – Willie Nelson is going back “on the road again.”
The country music superstar is going on tour, and is coming to the Peoria Civic Center on April 20th. Yes, 4/20.
Tickets for the show, the Civic Center says, go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
“With a seven-decade career, Willie Nelson has earned every conceivable award as a musician and amassed reputable credentials as an author, actor, and activist,” said the Civic Center, in a news release. “He continues to thrive as a relevant and progressive musical and cultural force.”
Nelson put out an album of Frank Sinatra hits in February of this year, and in June, he put out a book entitled “Wille Nelson’s Letters to America.”
